As of Friday, June 20th, we - Kulin Shah and Dipika Shah - are officially stepping down from our roles at Quantum Empire and are no longer affiliated with the company.

This decision follows repeated concerns regarding financial management, a lack of transparency, and behavior that does not align with the values we hold, particularly in terms of trust, integrity, and professionalism.

We believe that when clients invest in a company, they deserve leaders who lead with clarity, accountability, and respect. When those standards are compromised, it becomes our responsibility to step away.

We are proud of what we built and deeply grateful to the clients and team members who believed in our vision.

Our work continues, but in a space that aligns with the values we refuse to compromise.
